Meet the Founder
Licensed Real Estate Referral Agent
Marc is a licensed real estate referral agent and former REALTOR® Sales Associate. He once found himself drowning in paperwork, managing contracts, coordinating inspections, and tracking deadlines, with little time left for client relationships or growth. So he built the partner he wished he had. Midas Transaction Group exists to give agents back their time and take the stress of coordination off their plate for good.
Why We Exist
Time is the most valuable currency anyone has. You cannot earn more of it, borrow it back, or buy it later. Real estate agents give their time away more freely than almost anyone, and Midas exists to give it back.
But there is a deeper reason this company exists. Our founder Marc is the father of a young son on the autism spectrum. Like so many families navigating autism, he has lived the reality of systems that do not always have the funding, resources, or voice to support every child who needs them.
That is why a portion of every closed transaction supports autism awareness and research. We are using the everyday work of real estate to fund a cause that does not get enough champions.
We are not just coordinating transactions. We are proving real estate can be a force for time, dignity, and impact at scale.
And we give their client a better experience.
And we move a family closer to support.
