Closing Forward for a Cause

Vision

To build the nation's most trusted transaction coordination platform, one where every closed deal returns time to agents, elevates the experience of buyers and sellers, and funds meaningful support for families touched by autism.

We are not just coordinating transactions. We are proving real estate can be a force for time, dignity, and impact at scale.

Mission

Midas Transaction Group empowers real estate agents one transaction at a time.

We take the administrative, nonlicensed work off their plates (contract to close coordination, deadline management, vendor communication, document accuracy) so they can spend their time where it truly matters: generating business, serving their clients, and being present with the people they love.

Every closed transaction also supports autism awareness and research, turning routine real estate work into a recurring act of giving.

Why We Exist

Time is the most valuable currency anyone has. You cannot earn more of it, borrow it back, or buy it later. And real estate agents, the people who guide their clients through some of the largest decisions of their lives, give their time away more freely than almost anyone. Midas exists to give it back to them.

But there is a deeper reason this company exists.

Our founder, Marc, is the father of an eight year old son on the autism spectrum. Like so many families navigating autism, he has lived the reality of systems that don't always have the funding, resources, or voice to support every child who needs them. Insurance gaps. School programs that fall short. Communities that mean well but lack the tools. Midas was built, in part, to change that: not someday, but with every contract we close.

That is why a portion of every closed transaction supports autism awareness and research. We are using the everyday work of real estate to fund a cause that doesn't get enough champions, and to build something that outlasts the people who founded it: for our clients, for our agents, and for the children whose lives we are working to support.

When we empower an agent,

we give a client a better experience.

When we close a transaction,

we move a family closer to support.

When we scale this nationwide,

we build a legacy.

This is what Closing Forward means.

Our Three Foundations

We hold three values. Three is enough. These are the bedrock: the part of us that does not change as we grow, even as the company itself reaches further than we can currently see.

Time Is Sacred.

Every minute we save is a minute returned to someone's life. We treat time (our agents', our clients', our team's, and our own) as the nonrenewable resource it is. We do not waste it, and we do not let our systems waste it. If a process costs more time than it saves, we kill it. If a tool, habit, or meeting does not protect time, it does not belong here.

Systems Over Heroics.

We do not run this business on burnout, memory, or late nights. We build repeatable workflows that anyone with the right character can step into and succeed. SOPs are not bureaucracy; they are how we scale without breaking, how we protect the time of the people who work here, and how we make sure no client ever depends on one person remembering one thing. The system carries the work. The people carry the mission.

Closing Forward.

Every transaction moves something forward. The agent's time. The client's experience. The autism cause we serve. Each closing is a contribution, never just a paycheck, never just a deal. If we close it, we move it forward. If it doesn't move someone forward, we don't take it on.

These three are the foundation. Everything else (every workflow, every hire, every partnership, every decision) is built on top of them.

And from a foundation this solid, the sky is the limit.

How We Lead

The way Midas operates is rooted in two identities our founder lives by, and that anyone who steps into a leadership role here is asked to embody as well.

We are builders, not chasers.

A gardener does not run after butterflies with a net. A gardener builds something so worth landing on that the butterflies arrive on their own. We approach business the same way. We do not pursue agents, partners, or team members through pressure, persuasion, or pitch. We build something (a mission, a system, a brand, a culture) that the right people are drawn to. The agents we are meant to serve will recognize us. The partners we are meant to grow with will lean in. The team members we are meant to hire will resonate. If we have to chase them, they were never ours.

We are observers, not believers in words alone.

People reveal their truth in their actions, not in their promises. Anyone can say the right thing in an interview, on a sales call, or in a partnership conversation. What matters is what they actually do: how they show up, how they follow through, how they treat the small things, how they respond when no one is watching. So we listen carefully, but we watch more carefully. We let actions tell us who someone is. The people aligned with this mission will move toward it consistently, without needing to be convinced, prodded, or sold. The people who are not will reveal themselves just as clearly.

It is not a pitch. It is a filter.

We are not trying to convince you that Midas is right for you. We are inviting you to observe yourself, to notice how you respond to what we stand for, and to act on what you find.

Are You a Fit?

We will not chase you. We will not pitch you. We will simply ask you to observe yourself honestly, and to act on what you find. The right answers, and the right actions that follow them, will tell us, and you, everything either of us needs to know.

If you are an agent considering working with us…

How many hours each week do you currently spend on tasks that don't directly generate income or serve a client face to face? Be honest with yourself for a moment.

If you got those hours back, every week, for the next year, what would actually change? In your business. In your pipeline. In your home.

When you think about the agents you most admire, are they the ones still doing everything themselves at 11pm? Or are they the ones who built something that protects their time and serves their clients better than they could alone?

And the harder question: if you do not solve this in the next six months, where will you be a year from now? And is that where you actually want to be?

If those questions made you pause in the right way, you may be in the right place.

If they made you uncomfortable, we may not be the right fit, and that is okay.

We are not for everyone. We are for the right ones.

A Final Word

Midas Transaction Group is not in the business of processing real estate transactions.

We are in the business of returning time, transforming lives, and Closing Forward for a cause that does not get enough champions.

If that resonates (as a client, a partner, or a teammate), welcome.

If it doesn't, we wish you well.

Either way, every closing we touch moves something forward.
